Phnom Srei
This sits atop a hill just outside Kampong Cham. It is a challenging bicycle ride up but exhilarating coming down. Srei means woman in Khmer and nearby is Wat Phnom Pros. Meaning the man’s temple. Wat Phnom Pros is more a working temple.
It is an impressive temple at the top of a hill overlooking the city.
Phnom means mountain or hill in Khmer so it is a work commonly used.
