Fergana Cultural Group - Uzbekistan
Great music and dancers. Reminded me of my wonderful time in Uzbekistan. Earlier in the day they performed at a fringe event and later that night on the main stage.
Drum Up - Philipines
This group performed twice on day and the involvement of the audience was amazing.
The guitarist of the group was sensational but was barely heard over the drums.
Suk Binie - Sarawak
This group was disappointing. Very heavy music. Imagine Metallica in the jungle. Not music that I enjoy.
Asia 7 - Thailand
A wonderful group playing traditional Thai music fused with a modern sound. Traditional instruments also. If you hear of them playing near you go see them
Incognito - UK
For a headline act they were disappointing. I suppose British Jazz funk is not my music. Meant we got out a bit earlier.
